Each register is a different route by which an asset falls out of its owner’s hands, and each has its own evidence, its own authority and its own failure modes. We work all five on the same contingency terms.
Dividends left unclaimed for seven consecutive years, and the shares attached to them, are transferred by the company to the Investor Education and Protection Fund. They are not forfeited. They are recoverable by the holder or the legal heir.

If we take the matter on, our fee is a share of what we recover for you, at a rate that stands against anyone doing this work properly. It is agreed with you in writing before anything begins, and it comes out of the recovery rather than out of your pocket.
If nothing is recovered, you owe us nothing.
