What we do

A very large quantity of Indian financial assets is sitting in a state of suspension. Dividends that were never collected and the shares attached to them have moved to a government fund. Securities are registered to people who died without their families knowing what they owned. Compensation for acquired land was awarded and never drawn. Surplus from an enforcement sale was never paid out because nobody asked for it.

None of this is lost money. In almost every case the entitlement survives intact and the only thing missing is a claimant who can prove who they are and what they are owed, in the form the holder of the asset requires.

That proof is the work. It is records research, succession mapping, document assembly and procedural discipline: not persuasion. We do it on a contingency basis, which means we only take cases where we believe the recovery is real and the claimant is the right person.

Why we exist

Claimants in this field have historically had two options: do it themselves through a process built for institutions rather than families, or hand it to an intermediary who is paid regardless of outcome and discloses very little about what they are doing.

We are built for the third position. The fee is contingent, so our incentive and yours point the same way. The method is published on this site, so you can see what you are buying. And where a matter is simple enough that you should file it yourself, we say so.

How we are organised

Research, tracing, documentation and facilitation are done by the company. Work that constitutes legal practice (verification of entitlement, court instruments, contested succession) is handled by an advocate. We keep that separation deliberately, because collapsing it is how firms in this field get into trouble and how claimants end up with filings nobody qualified has checked.

Our base is Baripada, in Mayurbhanj district, Odisha. Our operating edge is local: physical access to the revenue, electoral and registry records that heir tracing actually depends on, in the districts we work.

What we do not do

• We do not take an advance fee, and we do not charge for looking.
• We do not guarantee a recovery. Outcomes rest with companies, authorities and courts.
• We do not take control of your demat account, bank account or holdings. Recoveries are credited to you.
• We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing.
• We are not connected to the IEPF Authority, SEBI, the MCA or any government office.
