We locate, verify and recover financial assets that have gone dormant: unclaimed shares and dividends, succession entitlements, auction surplus and compensation: on behalf of their rightful holders and legal heirs.
Dividends left unclaimed for seven consecutive years, and the shares attached to them, are transferred by the company to the Investor Education and Protection Fund. They are not forfeited. They are recoverable by the holder or the legal heir.
How this one worksSecurities held by someone who has died pass to the heir by transmission, not transfer. Where no nominee was registered, entitlement has to be proved before any registrar will act.
How this one worksWhen a secured creditor enforces its security and the sale realises more than the debt, the excess belongs to the borrower. It is frequently never claimed.

How this one worksMethod of recovery
We confirm that the asset exists, that it is recoverable, and that you are the person entitled to it. Nothing is filed and no fee arises until this is settled.
We assemble the entitlement file and file it. Every claim passes an advocate’s verification before it leaves us, and every statutory filing is made under a limited authority you sign.
We carry the claim through company, registrar or authority verification to credit, and correct discrepancies as they arise. Our fee is deducted only from what is actually recovered.

There is no charge to ask us to look. We check whether the asset exists, whether it can be recovered and whether you are the person entitled to it, and we tell you plainly what we find.
If we take the matter on, our fee is a share of what we recover for you, at a rate that stands against anyone doing this work properly. It is agreed with you in writing before anything begins, and it comes out of the recovery rather than out of your pocket.
If nothing is recovered, you owe us nothing.

We are registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Our CIN is printed on every page of this site and can be verified independently on the MCA portal.
No claim is filed on entitlement we have assumed. Every file passes a documented verification register maintained by an advocate before it is submitted.
We do not ask for a fee to look, and we do not take money before there is something to recover. Our fee is contingent, deducted from the recovery, subject to a stated floor.
Personal data is collected against a written consent notice, used only for the claim it was collected for, and handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
